EFFECTS OF BENEFIT unexpressed anger
Anger is an emotion common to be given to preserve the general welfare; inappropriate expressions of anger are represented by the violence and anger. The unexpressed anger has a number of consequences:
- depression;
- anxiety;
- Fault;
- self-destructive activities: drug abuse, eating to mask feelings,
gastrointestinal problems, high blood pressure .....
- aggression / violence;
- concealment of rabies: sarcasm, isolation, denial of sexual relations, moving
